"TOWERS OF TRAINING" "TRAINING GROUNDS"

This is one of the first areas you should visit as you begin to build up and
equip your character.  The entrance is 4 paces south and down from RECALL.  There
is one quest in the zone given by the cleric healer in the center of the grounds.
She will ask you to fetch a map of the southern territories in exchange for some
starting gold.  You shouldn't need to head back to this zone after level 5.
